A large, very expressive Owl on books, made as a symbol of wisdom, from magnificent glazed porcelain in the Art Deco style at the very beginning of the 20th century. Judging by the brand and the shape of the bottom, 1900-1920.

A product of one of the most expensive and titled porcelain manufactories in the world, Karl Ens Germany.

Rare antique sculpture!

The underglaze green Karl Ens mark on the bottom of the work was used from 1900 to 1920.

Very beautiful, bright work. Hand-painted underglaze with paints in the colors of the specified time period.

Height is about 30 cm.
